Terms and conditions
- Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations are recommended for daycare services to ensure availability. A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
- Health and Vaccination Requirements: All pets attending daycare must be up-to-date on vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of current vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough), is required prior to admission.
- Behavioral Expectations: Pets are expected to exhibit non-aggressive and sociable behavior. We reserve the right to refuse or dismiss pets displaying aggressive behavior towards other animals or staff. Any pet causing disruptions may be separated or removed from the daycare area.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update, modify, or change the terms and conditions. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified via email of any significant changes in policies or services.
