Orders & Payment Mode

We accept payment modes such as VISA, Mastercard, Grabpay and Paynow via Stripe.

For order amendments, please contact us as soon as possible before order is shipped with our courier partners.

We are unable to do cancellation once an order is placed as the confirmed order will be sent for processing after checkout and payment.

Shipping

Enjoy free delivery for minimum order of $49.

We charge a delivery fee of $4.80 for order below $49.

Standard delivery will take approximately 2 working days excluding public holidays.

We offer same day delivery at a one time charge of $16 for order placed by 6pm. Same day delivery will be fulfilled by 10pm.

We do not offer self-collection currently.

Please contact us as soon as possible before order is shipped with our courier partners so that we have sufficient time to resolve.

For orders requiring redelivery due to incorrect address, a redelivery fee of $4.80 is chargeable.

Feel free to contact us with your order number. We seek your understanding during period whereby courier partners are overwhelmed, delivery may take a little while more.

After-Sale Enquiries

We are sorry about this! Please feel free to contact us with your order number and a snapshot of items received. We will deliver and/or exchange the correct items.

We are unable to accept return and refund for items sold.

For exchange, the item must be original packaging, unopened and label intact. Exchange can be arranged at our warehouse (by appointment only). Please request for exchange within 3 working days upon receipt of order.
